My Background
I am a BACP Accredited counsellor in private practice in Yateley situated in NE Hampshire. I work with people (over 16 yrs) offering either long or short term counselling, with both evening and daytime appointments.
Yateley is within easy reach of Farnborough, Fleet, Hartley Wintney and Hook, Sandhurst and Camberley, just off junction 4a of M3.
My experience is with: anxiety, depression, bereavement, low self esteem, anger, relationship issues, redundancy and retirement, general dissatisfaction and stress – particularly work related stress. I have a particular interest in supporting people who are tapering off prescription drugs, or wanting to explore the possibility of doing so.
As well as my private practice, since 2008 I have also worked with a local counselling service in NE Hampshire. I abide by the BACP (British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists) ethical framework and as a professional, I attend regular clinical supervision to ensure that I offer the best service to my clients.
